ST21L Surface Probe (Type T)
The ST21L Surface Probe is a ribbon type surface probe fitted with a steel braided lead and Type T Thermocouple Sensor. It is suitable for food applications. There is also BioCote Antimicrobial Protection in the probe handle to avoid the risk of cross contamination.
